Kensa has been awarded a contract to install Ground Source Heat Pumps into 7 existing tower blocks in Watford. We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Site Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you really are the face of our company. You will be working closely with residents and building users on site, providing clear and open communication through face-to-face interaction.
Your will be pivotal to the success of our contract and as such we expect a lot, but in return you will be rewarded with a great salary, training that will equip you to deal with whatever comes your way and support to really make this role your own.
Working with our wider operational team, you will plan and strategise early communication between all key stakeholders, residents and building users. You will be process driven and have experience working to tight deadlines. Kensa has been awarded a contract to install Ground Source Heat Pumps into 7 existing tower blocks in Watford. The Site Manager role is a 12-month contract (with possible extension) for the duration of the project. It is a key role to ensure the successful delivery of the project and will require someone with experience of managing sites with groundworks and retrofit heating installations within high rise building.
We are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner, reporting to the HR Director (to be appointed) to operate as a strategic partner to the leadership team and management community of Kensa. The SHRBP will play a critical role in ensuring that our people strategies align to Kensa’s business goals and challenges, and that we develop and implement HR solutions to support those objectives.
The SHRBP also plays a vital role in supporting the business leaders and managers by providing guidance and challenge so that we support, engage and develop our people well and in line with our values. The SHRBP will be an expert adviser, a wise coach and a critical friend to the senior team, together making Kensa a more fulfilling, high performing and enjoyable place to work.
You will be responsible for delivering a first-class recruitment and pre- and on-boarding experience, providing our hiring managers with the most talented and diverse candidates from a wide range of sources. You will establish and build strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to support our business growth plans. You will play an integral role in partnering business leaders to provide recruitment support including; managing and screening CV’s; telephone interviews; advising hiring managers on job descriptions; creating adverts; developing selection toolkits to support the hiring process; and coaching hiring managers through the process to ensure quality and equity for all.
